Every Sunday morning, at 10:45 a.m., boys and girls in 1st through 4th grade enjoy an exciting and active environment filled with music, skits, and Bible lessons specifically designed to teach Godly values at an age-appropriate level. Children will also take part in small groups designed to reinforce the lesson and to build friendships with others their own age.

Children's Worship
What To Expect During Children’s Worship:
Opening Activities
Opening activities provide an opportunity for kids and leaders to connect through games and discussion. This takes place for the first 15 minutes of children’s worship.
Worship
All first through fourth graders are together during the worship time. This is our time for singing and having fun.
Large Group
All first through fourth graders are together during the large group time. The Bible lesson is taught each week through storytelling, drama, and object lessons. Children are actively involved during the lesson as it is taught at an age-appropriate level.
Small Groups
Children are divided into small groups based on their grade level and they have the opportunity to connect with new friends. Leaders engage the kids in a few closing activities, designed to reinforce what was taught during the large group time.
Current Series:
Life Groups
Preschoolers
Each Sunday morning at 9:30 and 10:45 a.m., preschoolers will have the opportunity to learn age-appropriate Bible truths by participating in hands-on activities. Our curriculum uses storytelling, crafts, and games to teach young children about the love of Christ.
Children
Life Groups for first through sixth grade children take place each Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. These Life Groups will challenge children to go deeper in their relationship with Christ as they apply His Word to their lives in creative and practical ways.
First through forth grade children are encouraged to join us for children’s worship at 10:45 a.m. each Sunday morning in the gym.
5th & 6th Grade Ministry
We encourage 5th & 6th graders to attend a preteen Life Group during either the 9:30 or 10:45 hour and attend worship with their parents during the opposite hour.

FAQ About Preschool and Children’s Ministry:
Who are my child’s teachers?
All of our teachers are members of North Fort Worth Baptist Church who have had background checks. Our teachers are extremely dedicated and love serving with kids each Sunday.
Do you offer snacks to kids on Sunday mornings? What if my child has food allergies?
Simple snacks (i.e. goldfish, graham crackers) are offered in all of the preschool classrooms each Sunday. Please let your child’s teacher know about any food allergies, so that we can make note of it. Please also write this information on your child’s visitor card.
What health precautions do you take?
Children’s rooms are carefully cleaned and sanitized each week. We do ask that children who have a fever, or who have shown symptoms of any contagious disease within the last 24 hours, not be brought to the preschool or children’s area.
Where do kindergartners go?
Kindergarten is included in the preschool ministry.
How early can I drop my child off before the worship service begins?
Children can be dropped off at their rooms once a leader is in the room, usually 15 minutes before the service begins. Children should not be left in any classroom without a teacher.
What is your check-in / security policy on Sunday mornings?
- All first-time visitors are required to fill out a visitor registration card, which gives us important information about your child. To save time on Sunday morning, you may download our visitor registration card, fill it out and bring it with you.
- Once the visitor card is filled out, parents of preschoolers will be given a security sticker. The security sticker serves as your child’s name tag (larger sticker) and your parent tag (smaller sticker). We do ask that you bring the parent tag back when you are ready to pick up your child.
- Parents of infants through 2 year olds will also be given a pager. The pager will vibrate should we need you for any reason.
- It is helpful to the teachers if all of your child’s belongings (i.e. diaper bags, cups) are labeled prior to visiting with us on Sunday mornings.
- Please communicate any important or helpful information to your child’s teachers each Sunday.
