Men's Ministry
2nd Saturday Prayer Breakfast
Experience an inexpensive ($3) but incredibly delicious breakfast cooked by the men’s ministry team on the 2nd Saturday of the month. Following the breakfast, join the men for a devotional and prayer time. The meeting begins at 7:30 am and meets in the Family Life Center. Women are invited too!
Tuesday Morning Prayer Time
Each Tuesday at 6:30 am, a group of young men meet at the Whataburger on the corner of Western Center Blvd. and Old Denton Road for a light breakfast and prayer time.
Promise Keepers
Once a year, a group of men travel to and attend a Promise Keeper’s Conference. Go to www.promisekeepers.org to learn more. The 2010 trip has not been scheduled but will occur in the fall.
Deacons Ministry
These servant leaders are actively meeting the needs of the church body through ministry and personal example. Deacons assist the pastor in providing leadership and service throughout the week and on Sundays.
Sports
Basketball - Monday nights from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in the Family Life Center.

Golf – Annual golf tournaments in the fall 2010. Many groups play throughout the year.
Women's Ministry
Women’s Bible Study
Periodically, a Bible study designed just for women is offered on Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm. Most are video-delivered lessons by Beth Moore, Mary Kassian, Priscilla Shirer and others. The upcoming study is “Me, Myself and Lies” by Jennifer Rothschild. Join the women’s Bible study starting Sunday, February 14 in Room 303. Children’s classes are available during the study.
Women on Mission
Women (and men) are invited to attend a monthly luncheon and informative mission’s forum on the 1st Thursday of the month. The luncheon is pot-luck, so bring your favorite dish and hear how the message of Christ is being shared around the world. The meeting begins at 10:00 am in Room 304. Child care is available.
Women’s Tea
The 2nd annual Women’s Tea is scheduled for Thursday, December 2. Over 80 women enjoyed the 1st Tea and great plans are being made for December 2010. More news later!
Scrapbooking
Thursdays (except 1st Thursday of each month) at 9:00 am in Room 210 and one Saturday per month.
Bunco
4th Friday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in Room 303.
Ping Pong
Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. in Room 303.
