Stewart is contact person.    Arrival time is 3:00 for group.  They need two 8′ merchandise tables in the Welcome Center.  
In North gym they need tables/chairs for 35 people.  
Stage needs to be cleared

5/1/26:  Requested security, sound and media.  Emailed Olga and Scott.. Per Stewart they need to arrive 30 minutes prior to event.
